PO Box 643
Carmel, NY 15012-0643
Give them all the variations and spellings of your name, plus all of the addresses where you receive mail. It will take 3 to 6 months to get off everything. You need to repeat this every five years.
To do it online go to www.dmaconsumers.org/offmailinglist.html. There is a $5 charge to do it this way.
If there are catalog companies you wish to receive mailings from, phone them and ask them not to sell or rent your name. If they send out several catalogs a year, ask them if they have a system where you can receive them less often. Many companies will send them out quarterly or twice a year, if you request.
Put yourself on the National Do Not Call Registry and the Colorado Do Not Call List (They will not take business listings off the list)
