ON-SITE CONSULTATIONS
For Homes, Businesses, & Land
A consultation will help you to create harmony and balance in any space
where you live, work, or spend time. Although most consultations are done
for homes, business establishments, and vacant land, they may be done on
any type of property—including boats and recreation vehicles.
In addition to both mundane and transcendental Feng Shui, an on-site consultation can include EMF and geopathic stress screening, space clearing, and a blessing ceremony.
Results can include increased wealth, enhanced career opportunities,
healthier relationships, improved health, and positive changes in other areas
that are out of balance.
During a consultation, I examine the energy of your property, along with
your personal ch’i and current goals. I then offer a variety of both mundane
and transcendental adjustments to create a shift and harmonize the energy
wherever needed. Space clearing or a blessing ceremony may also be
recommended.
Residential Feng Shui considers the elemental makeup of all household
members and harmonizes their strengths and weaknesses by balancing them
with the five elements in the home.
With large commercial and public spaces, emphasis is on a more general
balancing of the property itself, with individualization for employees’
offices or cubicles whenever possible.
Preliminary EMF (electromagnetic field) screening and the assessment of
geopathic stress are also offered as part of the consultation with particular
attention to bedrooms. If these energies are interfering with sleep, I may
recommend that you place your bed in a non-traditional position to remedy the situation.
Consultations can range in time from one hour for a small one-room office
to several hours for a large home with acreage or a corporate setting. Please

Follow-up phone calls are encouraged after a consultation and are free of
charge, unless they require an extraordinary amount of time involved or
a return visit to the site.

PHONE CONSULTATIONS
Before a phone consultation, we will have a preliminary information gathering phone call at no cost to you.
During the consultation itself, I will refer to pictures, a floor plan, and other significant information that you will provide.
If a transcendental cure is essential to balance your space, the session may include training to enable you to do it for yourself, along with other coaching or mentoring. The length of the consultation will vary depending on your needs.

PRIVATE COACHING
Depending on your needs and interests, sessions may be done by phone, in my office, or at a property location.
Sessions can include assistance with reading floor
-plans, analyzing ch’i, secret cures, a personalized and accelerated
presentation of any workshop information you may be interested in, and working with the
deeper teachings of Feng Shui.
The focus of these sessions can be on either Feng Shui or personal growth coaching. It can also be a combination of both.
Feng Shui Coaching Students include people with a limited Feng Shui background, people who have studied with other teachers, and Feng Shui consultants who wish to deepen their skills or obtain a second opinion on problem properties.
Many students prefer to study privately as a way to increase their knowledge and ability to successfully Feng Shui their own home and to be able to assist friends or loved ones.
Because Feng Shui is an ongoing orally transmitted process, interested students are supported in going beyond the basic level found in books and other written materials and encouraged to incorporate advanced Feng Shui methods and teachings into their life.
With Coaching, the focus is on self-actualization and ch’i cultivation through the application of a variety of personal growth tools in addition to Feng Shui. We will concentrate on whatever you currently need to maximize your personal growth and determine what actions will help you to move your life forward.
I draw on my background as a personal growth counselor, a hypnotherapist, intuitive counselor, Brain Gym® instructor, and natural vision instructor to move you forward in the areas most important to you.
Coaching encourages accountability for the specific results you are trying to achieve. Although Feng Shui alone powerfully shifts energy, expands your possibilities, and creates openings that can dramatically alter your life experience, adding accountability for focused action can speed up your personal growth significantly.
Some of the other areas that coaching can successfully address are self- confidence; the resistance to clearing clutter; a deepening of your spiritual practice; and the release of any personal blocks to success in the areas of relationship, financial well-being, and achieving your full potential.
There is no contract required & you may do as many sessions as you like.

CLUTTER-CLEARING EMPOWERMENT SESSIONS These sessions are appropriate for anyone needing a jumpstart or support in getting started and/or maintaining momentum with
clutter-clearing.
To get you started, we usually work with photos and floor plans. Normally, sessions are short and done by phone.
If a home or office visit is more appropriate, I will probably suggest a short on-site consultation and possibly a transcendental cure to facilitate the process of moving stagnant and/or predecessor energy. I can also offer you phone training so that you can these processes for yourself.

REAL ESTATE EVALUATION
It’s helpful to have this done whenever you are purchasing, leasing, or selling a home, commercial space, or parcel of land.
When purchasing or leasing a property, it can ultimately save you time and money to know from a Feng Shui perspective what will be needed to bring optimum balance to the space.
If you are entering into a contract to purchase or lease a property, you can often add a clause to your contract similar to “subject to approval by a Feng Shui consultant.”
If remodeling is necessary, Feng Shui remedies and enhancements can often be easily worked into the plans before the work begins.
There are also transcendental remedies that can be used to speed up the sale of your property.
